our institute is a policy research organization driven by the support
of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Singapore and leading academic institutions, including the
National University of Singapore (NUS) and Nanyang Technological University (NTU).
We collaborate extensively with renowned think tanks such as the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public
Policy and the S. Rajaratnam School of International Studies (RSIS). Leveraging Singapore's
strategic position as a regional hub and its rich academic resources, we synthesize expertise
from the policy sphere, academia, and international affairs to conduct systematic research on
strategic competition, regional cooperation mechanisms, and emerging security challenges in the
Asia-Pacific.
Our institute is dedicated to studying the evolving geopolitical landscape of the Asia-Pacific
region, with a primary focus on regional security architecture, strategic competition, and key
flashpoints. Our research scope encompasses the strategic footprint of the United States and its
allies in the Asia-Pacific, regional security cooperation mechanisms, and emerging security
challenges.
Furthermore, we closely monitor the legislative role of the US Congress in Global Policy,
particularly discussions on regional security issues. Through professional exchange, we maintain
active communication with relevant policy institutions, providing analytical support for
research spanning Asia-Pacific legislation.
